This summer, a website called "The Inspiring World of L.M. Montgomery: A Literary Tour" launched. Its stated goal is "to help guide Prince Edward Islanders and visitors from around the world to learn about and visit some of the most important and meaningful places which inspired Montgomery to write. Official place names, thought-provoking key words and descriptive passages help set the stage for your real or virtual tour experience."
Last month, I received a PEI Visitor's Guide from Tourism PEI. The package included a pamphlet called "Discovering Montgomery's Prince Edward Island" with information on L.M. Montgomery, her writings, and the literary tour. Here are photos of it:
It is a helpful guide to learn about or visit sites important to L.M. Montgomery in celebration of her 150th birthday this year.
